Common questions
How long does setup take?
For a standard garden setup, we're usually on site for around two hours to deliver, install, and test. Pack-down at the end of the evening is quicker.
What if it rains?
Our screens are weather-rated, but projectors and electrics aren't waterproof. If heavy rain is forecast we'll work with you to reschedule, or set up under cover if your space allows.
Do you supply the film?
You source the film legally (any standard streaming account, DVD/Blu-ray, or download) and we'll connect it to the projector. We can also recommend the best source for your title.
How much space do I need?
A small screen works in a 4–5m wide garden. Medium suits 6–8m, and large is best for 9m+ with deeper viewing distance.
Do you cover events outside London?
We focus on Greater London for installs that can be turned around in a day. For events further afield, get in touch — we'll let you know if it's something we can take on.
